It’s very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, with two disabled friendly ground floor bedrooms and new terrace and balcony to enhance a private pool. It has the most comfortable high sun loungers you will ever use made from hardwood 90 cm wide and 10cm cloth covered, foam cushions. These are especially appreciated by older people who have trouble getting on and off the usual lower ones. There is disabled access on the ground floor and covered bar area which seats 12 on teak benches at a tiled teak table.
New from 2020 is a brand-new concrete balcony on the front of the villa with new furniture which overlooks the pool, garden, bar area and mountains.
The ground floor of the Dalyan Diamond has a huge newly re-tiled lounge with unit seating. It is open plan, great for socialising with an interior wood and marble dining table which seats 12. There is a kitchen fully equipped with a black Fridge freezer, second under bench fridge, (3rd fridge freezer in the basement and another under bench fridge in the bar) microwave, a full electric cooker, halogen hob, new black dishwasher and plenty of additional equipment like an air fryer, George Foreman grill, food mixer, hand blender, fruit juicer, coffee machine etc.
Downstairs is a second huge lounge 60m2 with flat screen TV room /games space so adults and children can have their own space. The TV is Redline giving access to many English and foreign channels. There is a double bed settee and two further settees plus a wicker settee and a table tennis table. Off this lounge is a super king size 4 poster bedroom, dressing table, bed side drawers and 4 wardrobes. Its ensuite consists of a large walk in power shower, WC and washbasin and cabinet. There is an additional basement room that has a WC and washbasin, iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment and the 3rd fridge freezer. It’s great for leaving your cases and dumping anything you don’t need. At the rear of this room through the door are two washing machines for your use.
The ground floor has a twin bedroom with 2 double and 1 single wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. It has a disabled friendly walk in wet room with shower chair (ask for this as it’s in the store) WC, wash basin. It has its own entrance door from outside with ramp to bar and pool area. Down the corridor there is a king size bedroom with 3 wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. This ensuite is a wet room, WC, washbasin, cabinet and private entrance door to outside and BBQ area.
The first floor has a master king size bedroom with 4 wardrobes, dressing table ,2 comfortable easy chairs, flat screen TV with redline, bedside cabinets. Its en-suite wet room with new non-slip floor tiles has 6 drawer storage. The next bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside drawers / table. It’s ensuite wet room has 6 drawer storage, WC and washbasin. It has been re- tiled with non-slip floor tiles. The third newly built bedroom on the first floor has twin beds which can be pushed together to make an extra king. One wall is full of wardrobes. Its en-suite is a shower cubicle with black toilet / washbasin basin and accessories. From this floor there is another new seating area with unit furniture and a coffee table giving access to a newly built concrete balcony with seating and tables, a perfect place to enjoy pre dinner cocktails and drinks as you watch the sun sinking below the mountain
